Eugenio2011's is a photographer whose photostream tell stories. For a typical photograph of Eugenio, you do not find more descriptions than a few words from the caption about the photographs - where exactly it was taken and what it was about. However you get the ideas from the impression and the details framed into the photographs, with the perspective (the eyes) pointed out by the caption itself.
I chose this photo from Eugenio's photostream as I am fascinated by the multiple stories told - it appears to be a tourist activity of families probably in Turkey, in a stormy weather condition. The families, although struggling with the strong winds, still seem to have the pleasure watching the flying birds at the pier. The way the photograph is developed, makes this scenery nostalgic, reminding me of the simple joys of family time when I was a kid.

Enrique Salvo is a documentary photographer. His photo stream tells a lot of stories from reality - poverty and loneliness - which make us aware and make us reflect. His photography is presented in majority black-and-white, high contrast. The images are so clear and so sharp that you can feel the strong will of the photographer to tell the world not to forget about these people.
This photo I selected from Enrique Salvo's photo stream has the typical style of Enrique's photography. What caught my eyes was the smile of the street clown. He has lost most of his teeth and is apparently not at the best age or health condition to perform as a street clown. I wasn't sure if he was happy or if he was trying to make people happy - either way, the soft heart behind the bad shape has touched me.

This photograph "Between two worlds" from Francesc's photo stream shows literally an image between two worlds - under the water and above the water. On the other hand, the father-and-son's boat trip, the audios from the old time and the nostalgic tone of this image also draw the audience out from the reality world and enter into an imaginary or memory world. Between two worlds - is a fascinating journey.

Audience can also find nice information provided by the photographer to explain the location of the shot and the motives.
In this photograph Incense Wishes, the details of the temple elements are very fascinating. The incense burner in the central is so vivid and so beautifully portrayed. While the still objects seem to be the motive of this photograph, the people hanging around, those praying and chanting, are the spirits.

A beautiful story between terracotta and lichens told by Francesc Candel. If you only see the image without reading the caption and listening to the music audios (youtube links) provided, you might simply see it as a photography about textures and decorative patterns on the terracotta. It is more profound than that. Terracotta and lichens were originally two different life forms, and when the two lives met, they fought, resisted or consumed each other. However as time goes by, they have both taken each other as part of their lives; both cannot be separated from each other without getting hurt. Lichens look even like a decorative pattern of the terracotta. It is like a story about a couple growing old together, or a story about settlement through transformation. Beautiful as it is and I am fascinated.
