Millie Reads About Ice Hockey But Hates the Skinn a Cat Headline
Like all of our family, Millie cat is a big fan of Fife Flyers,our local Elite Ice Hockey League team. Whilst reading Powerplay magazine she was alarmed by the front-page sub-title which read "Skinn a Cat". But I explained to her that it was a play on words. They weren't advocating "skinning a cat". Dean Skinns is the goalie of the Swindon Wildcats of the English Premier League, hence "Skinn a Cat". Millie thinks that Wildcats is a cool name for an ice-hockey team, but being a bird-lover, she prefers the name Flyers. I sent this photo to Powerplay magazine and they like it and may feature it in one of their next weekly issues?
