Linlithgow Jousting - Knight Sent Crashing from his Horse

Jousters from the Knights of Old England Group. Historic Scotland's hold a medieval event at Linlithgow Castle over several weekends each year. Here one of the re-enactors is sent tumbling from his horse after receiving a lance blow on his shield. These guys had performed the day before despite three days of steady rain. The day we went was dry until it started raining just after we had left for home.
