It Rarely Snows by the Seaside

When we first moved here, our late neighbour Jock, who had lived here about forty years, said that it rarely snows at Dysart shore. Well this is the fifth relatively heavy period of snow we have had in the last twelve months, so prepare for the new ice age. There was a fairly strong wind around high tide and horizontally driven snow was compounded by fair sized waves. Well least I've been out with my new snow-shovel now and cleared away lots of snow from the paths and the drive-way.
