Pettycur Beach - Just Walking the Horse
Please excuse me for posting five photos today, but I just love this series. On Pettycur Beach today, Mags and I met Daniella, who was riding bareback on Harry, a fifteen year old Welsh A Cob (the white horse) whilst leading Eve, a feisty seven year old Morgan Horse from America (the much taller chestnut horse). At Daniella’s suggestion, Mags took Harry for a walk on the beach, after Daniella had saddled up Eve to gallop her through the waves. Harry was a well-behaved old gentleman and a pleasure to walk across the miles of beautiful Pettycur/Burntisland beach. It really was a surreal and beautiful morning. Daniella is the regional co-ordinator for Scotland, Northern, Ireland and Northern England, for the British Morgan Horse Society. www.morganhorse.org.uk/
