Tail Slap
A Humpback Whale performs a little playful morning tail slapping off the coast of Maui.
On a morning snorkel and whale watching excursion, we we treated to many sightings of the Humpbacks having fun in the warm waters after their long commute from Alaska. They make the trek every year to give birth to their young and mate, before heading back to Alaska to feed and fatten up for the next year.
