Beef Ragù Farfalle

Macro Mondays - Main Meal of the Day

 

This is made by slow-cooking beef chunks with tomatoes, tomato paste, red wine, fresh rosemary & thyme, garlic, mushrooms, onions, and black olives for a few hours. Remove the beef, shred, return to the pot, stir, spoon over prepared pasta, then top with fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Yum!
