Cambridge singer songwriter Tom Dalpra spends longer than expected tuning up in the middle of his rather good set in the acoustic tent at the 2013 Strawberry Fair on Midsummer Common in Cambridge. He had just been joined on stage by Tom Kachinsky (?sp) in the hat.
