Elveden column silhouette

The war memorial prepares for the setting of the sun. This column is a couple of miles west of Elveden on the A11 and stands as a war memorial to the people of that village, Briswell and Icklingham who died fighting in the First World War. The imposingly tall column stands alone on the edge of a wood.
