Light snowfall; Icicles on the street lights

I took this photo tonight (Sat., Dec. 13). Icicles, formed by dripping water freezing before it had a chance to fall to the ground, have formed a 'frozen frill' around street lights, and powdery snow on the road looks like a white carpet. Just beautiful !
