LYZ Celest Gown + TMP Applier

Celest Gown was inspired by the stars and galaxies. This gown is sprinkled with glittery stars to add sparkle to the coming holiday season. I started off designing this gown for regular Second Life avatars but since I was making system layers, I decided to include appliers for various mesh body enhancements so you can enjoy wearing it in different ways.
