1950's Fort Worth Botanic Gardens

The Fort Worth Botanic Gardens is the oldest botanic garden in Texas. The 109-acre gardens has over 2,500 species of native and exotic plants.

Growing up in Wichita Falls, we visited the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens several times. We would usually go when my dad's family from Nebraska would visit.
