Volcano: The Blast Coaster was a steel roller coaster at Kings Dominion in Virginia. It opened in 1998 and closed in 2018.
It was my favorite roller coaster at Kings Dominion. You blasted off at 70 mph and went vertically up and out of the mouth of the volcano, turning upside down as you continued horizontally. What a thrill!!!
