Also in the park is the Pilgrims Rest Primitive Baptist Church. It is the oldest building in Ormond Beach. The church was organized around 1877 at the Tomoka Settlement. It was moved into Ormond by the Pilgrims Rest Cemetery around 1908. It was moved to the park in 1988.
