Financiers...

Yesterday was baking day! I had planned to bring some cakes to my friends at the charity and, having plenty of pistachios at home, opted for "financiers" with pistachio powder instead of almond powder... I added chopped cranberries for some acidity... and this is the result!

I wish to add that I want to thank Beverly C. for the lovely tea towel she offered me years ago which makes a perfect background to the composition...
