Mix in a bowl: cooled steamed rice from Camargue, peeled tomatoes cut into small cubes, pitted black olives cut in halves, sliced iceberg lettuce leaves, drained then crumbled canned tuna, peeled and sliced Paris mushrooms, chopped herbs: parsley, chives, tarragon and thyme, lemon juice and olive oil, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
