Norfolk Southern has just spotted 5 loads of coal at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill's CoGeneration facility, and is seen departing the plant lite power to go grab more loads to bring to the plant. This operation is on an ever-shrinking list of places that get coal loads by the carload, and not via unit train like power plants and the export docks. Really unique to see a pair of GPs delivering coal to an on-campus power plant.
