Belmont Coal Train 750
For only the second time in over a year, Plant Allen outside of Belmont, NC received a coal train. After about a year with no coal trains to Plant Allen, trains have run on both 6/3 and 6/26/22, which made for two nice surprises for us Charlotte area railfans. I was actually under the impression that Plant Allen was done receiving coal altogether, until the train on 6/3 ran. Here the train performs a runaround move in Gastonia, so the engines will be on the right side of the train for the trip down to the power plant.
