there is an awesomely inspiring video I think everyone should see as the base for the week 1 Challenge (and some amazingly inspiring pages too!!!)

needless to say, I also got emotional and cried rivers...

the whole thing means a lot more to me than for many , most of you know, I was born paralyzed and didn't walk until aged 5, 9 operations till aged 8, but then went on to have an amazingly intense life challenging everything doctors told my parents I couldn't do.... I almost titled the page I am Shakeem too... I have defied everything until my early 40s when (2003) I had a hip replacement gone wrong and 4 operations to try fix it only make it worse with nerve damage and a variety of other conditions...anyway, page
