Gone with one blow

Help My Flickr Friends --- in the last few days my photostream has been faved over and over again - 30 approx at a time by 5 different women (allegedly) who have not followed me (so can't block them) they have no photos and just a link to their porn site on their about page - Any suggestions as to what I can do to stop it happening?
