Closeup of an original oil on canvas by Bajan artist Glenroy Jordan. This detail of two people harvesting sugar cane is from the first panel of a two-panel piece, with each panel measuring 6" x 6". We came across this artist and his work on display outside of Surfside Restaurant and beach bar in Holetown on holiday back in 2019. Couldn't pass it up.
Technical details: shot at an angle and with large aperture to give a sense of depth, and for experimentation. An 8 second exposure resulted on account of a polarizer and gloomy-day light.
