My goal this evening was to capture a sunset from this jetty off of Ocean Ave in Newport. As I was packing up to go, I noticed this scene developing behind me, and rushed to get set up before it disappeared. I'm glad I looked back, because my sunset shot turned out to be underwhelming in both content and composition, and quickly went to the trash.
Filters: Singh-Ray 3-stop reverse GND. I'm really growing to appreciate the RGND; it provides filtration I don't think is achievable (or easily achievable) digitally.
