Barbarian Skin and "Tattoos for UNP UNPB body-Optional Freckles and Tanlines for Barbarian Skin" aren't very detailed and super high res, but still I quite like them :D

Skyrim, heavily modded (e.g. countless 2K and 4K texture mods)
Ruvaak Dahmaan ENB Redone 2-3 Experimental v0.250 + Kyo's Kinematic ENB Extensive DoF
taken with FRAPS in .bmp format @1680x1050 (my monitor's native resolution), then converted to .jpg. Straight from the game, not edited (with Gimp, Photoshop or the likes).
