Ai-Petri

Ai-Petri - is a peak in the Crimean mountains in an array Ai-Petri Yayla.

 

There is a cableway (Miskhor - Sosnovy Bor (Pine Forest) - Ai-Petri) with one of the longest unsupported span in Europe.

 

The length of the road - 2980 m. It has three stations: "Mishor" (bottom, 86 meters above sea level), "Pine Forest" (average, 304 m) and "Ai-Petri" ( top, 1152 m). The distance between the stations "Pine Forest" and "Ai-Petri" is 1670 m. The cableway was opened in March 1988.
