WIP - Need Advice!
I need a lot of advice for this one.
First off, and most importantly... How should I finish this building? I've used up all the pieces I need for building outside corners, so I can build more straight wall and raise the inside corner if need be, but I can't raise the outside corners. I also can't make any more windows, at least not of the same design. Should I add a second story made of a different material? Should I make the roof start right after the first story? And if so, what should the roof look like (layout as well as color and texture)? I've thought about adding a black-and-white or possibly even black-and-gray tudor section for a second story, but I seriously doubt that would look good.
Secondly, and less importantly, what do you think the landscape should look like? I was planning to make this a city scene, possibly one that fills the whole picture with just Lego. It's located in Larpang, so there will be some snow around. But other than that, I have no clue what I should do.
And, third and by far least important, what do you think of the door? Is the door-knocker a good addition?
If you think I should change the layout of the whole house, say so now while I'm not that far into the project yet. Unfortunately, there can't be anything closer than 5 studs to the outside corners due to the technique I used, so don't tell me to move the door to the middle of the wall. But all other criticisms are welcome, encouraged and dearly needed.
