So, if keep means own, and bear means carry, then it's settled. Conceal/Open carry (or bear) is in fact our constitutional right and protected by the Bill of Rights.
Yet there have been past legislation restricting conceal carry in states all over. And of course, only criminals look up the latest and greatest firearms restriction legislation before committing a crime right? Because CRIMINALS really care about and obey LAWS before carrying out a CRIME. The TRUTH is, thugs don't give a shit about what some paper pusher wrote down for some politician to turn into law to gain votes from the sheeple. The law says only 10 rounds per magazine? That criminal/TERRORIST doesn't care. They'll put in whatever number they damn well please in their magazine. And "Gun Free" zones? Are you kidding me? The only people who are obeying that are LAW ABIDING CITIZENS because they are EXACTLY that. Law abiding. Sandy Hook Elementary was a "Gun Free" zone, yet look what happened. Some piece of shit went in and butchered a bunch of kids. Now, if there were a responsibly armed, law abiding citizen there... things may have turned out differently.
