Open County Governance Program Kenya Conference of 30 August 2014. The conference was organized by Community Foundation Western Province[COFWE] and was sponsored by World Justice Project [WJP]. The mission of COFWE is to raise the living standards of the people of western Kenya. WJP promotes the rule of law world-wide.
