Educa 3000 piece puzzle "Echo and Narcissus" by J.W.Waterhouse No 15541, progress 3

Eventually completed although I have carelessly lost 3 pieces. This is my first large completed Educa puzzle. The finished puzzle looks great but I found the puzzle cut a little monotonous. The artwork itself provided plenty of interest.

 

Despite a small study for puzzling, I am going to attempt a 5000 piece puzzle next ......
