For most of its existence WC was a riot of previous owners color schemes. About the time they managed to get most of the ex BN SD45's that came at start up into full WC colors an explosion in business along with the FRVR/GBW purchase led to more used units hitting the property. There were so many ex ATSF SD/F45's about you would have thought that this was an arm of ATSF. Number 2 arrives at Shops on September 17, 1994 with 6554, 5972 and 3003.
