Switching at Trout Lake
Most trains had work at Trout Lake over the years so it was generally pretty easy for me to run over and grab a shot no matter what I was supposed to be doing. The exceptions were 811-912 from about 1982-1985 when they were actually upgraded to a real hotshot and would only stop for the diamond before notching out and taking off and recent years on CN where 550-551 do no local work and normally roll right on through at 25-30mph. This is 910 with 705 and 726 doing a little yard work on September 5, 1984.
