Rapids Summers

It was often hot and hazy at Wisconsin Rapids and the smell of the paper mills was nearly a constant. I didn't often see the RS3 rebuilds on 1&2 west of the Rapids, especially leading but I did catch this number 2 arriving on the west side of the river with 307 and 313 leading 31 cars on July 13, 1984.
