Chopped
The SOO only had a handful of low nose geeps, all chopped during wreck repairs. Seeing as it wasn't a mass program to do all the geeps and most of the chopped ones were retrofitted with kits from EMD I always thought they added a little pizazz to the roster. 411 rests at Marshfield in this view by the late Joe Stauber on May 25, 1975.
