Outpost Delta on Epsilon IV - New Elementary parts fest

So here is the first (of quite a few...haha!) of the builds I made for the awesome blog New Elementary. The build is based around using the new rim piece from the Harley Davidson set, which actually had a surprisingly large amount of different uses.
