A Mud Volcano?
This is feature seen in Image B of the NAVCAM mosaic taken on 26th January 2015. It seems to be a mini volcanic feature, raised from the surrounding surface, with a Caldera and the appearance of what was once fluid dripping over the rim of it. This is not molten rocck though, it is more likely to have been gooey mud. the appearance is similar to mud volcanoes found on Earth.
