What Can Philae See? - Unannotated
This is a closer view of the earlier close up image. I have upped the pixel density to make it less pixelated and tinkered with the exposure a bit so that the detail in the shadows is more visible. The grey fuzzy shape is quite visible now with straight defined edges. To the left is a rectangular shadow which is being cast by Philae. It is even possible to make out the shape of Philae, the different angle of her faces are slightly different shades of grey. Also now visible is some detail of the "cryorock" seen in the CIVA panorama, the bright area showing up as a lighter grey area. (See annotated version next for more details.)
