Winter Wonderland (Contax Vario-Sonnar 4.5-5.6/100-300)
Yesterday I decided to climb up to Hochries mountain (800 vertical meters) in the afternoon and stay there for the sunset. The weather was wonderful, only a little cold :-): 16°C below zero up there, not counting the chill of the strong wind.
I messed up some of my shots, because I hurried so much before my face and fingers froze off (or so it felt) when setting up the tripod and fotographing towards the wind. This shot turned out to be acceptably sharp, though. I hope you like it.
In the background you can see the "Bavarian Ocean" = Chiemsee.
