O'ahu Sunset

While spending some time on the 7 mile miracle, I captured this scene. The north shore of O'ahu in the winter is the site of big waves often ideal for surfing. Several surf contests are held including the Billabong Pipermasters in December and the Volkom Pipepro in February. The famous surf breaks along here include the Banzai Pipeline and Waimea Bay.
