Carby House - Victoria Avenue Rooftop

An impromptu explore on a day out visiting various derelict sites in Southend.

The building itself is basically a fetid shell with little in the way of any redeeming features however it is one of the higher rooftops in Southend so we headed straight for the roof to check out the views.

It wasn't bad up there by all accounts and was a welcome respite from the depressing atmosphere of the rest of the building.

It also gave a nice high view of SEEC, the home of my first explore!
