This is José.

 

He run his own restaurant for 49 years and now he's broke and living in the street.

 

He told me his story, which includes surviving to an attempt of murder from his schizophrenic son.

 

Now, he has applied to the goverment for a room in a tutored home, which is kind of home for elderly, but paid by the government.

 

 

The white paper he holds in his hands is the application, his only key to get out of the street.
