The Fontana di Trevi - or Trevi Fountain is the largest Baroque fountain in the city and one of the most beautiful in the world. A legend holds that if visitors throw a coin into the fountain, they are ensured a return to Rome. The Trevi Fountain is a popular spot and the area around the fountain is usually full of tourists. To get this photo I avoided the crowds and arrived over an hour and a half before sunrise.
