Oldfield Park is situated a mile or so west of Bath Spa and I think that the population of that fine city had come out to see 'the steamer passing through Bath' - it had apparently, been mentioned in the local paper that morning.
In the days leading up to the running of this train, UK Steam Info stated that haulage would be either a Black 5 or 70013, having photographed 45212 20-days earlier in the area, I was undecided whether to go as the forecast was not too wonderful and I did not want another Black 5 (am I being too blase about these fine mixed-traffic workhorses?). The weather was better than forecast, but only just and it was not the Black 5!
On 19 December 2017, the stock from Steam Dreams' excursion 'The Cathedrals Express' is worked as 5Z83, the late-running 14.24 Bath Spa to Bristol East Depot ECS and Britannia Pacific numbered 70013 'Oliver Cromwell' is seen powering through a packed Oldfield Park station.
