Fwd: Photos of Manon's wedding

Hi Sue & Claude,

 

August 4th was a perfect summer day for Manon and Alain's wedding. It took place at 11 o'clock on Manon's beautiful patio.

 

As at Angèle's wedding, photos were taken at our home first. Ron and Manon then went to Angèle's place where Ron drove Manon in the boat to the wedding. From the dock, Chloë, the flower girl, escorted Manon up the stairs. This time Alain's two nephews were the ring bearers. Aidan got to hand out the bubbles. There was no maid of honour nor best man. Instead, the four sisters were witnesses. You will notice that the same lady minister did both weddings. Drinks and hor d'oeuvres were served on Manon's new lower deck. Dinner was served on the patio. After more photos were taken, everyone enjoyed the afternoon sunning, swimming or fishing. [ napping for Chloë & Denis] A bbq. supper was served followed by fireworks when it became dark enough. A memorable day!
