From our trip to Brittany some years ago I thought I would make one of these as we hadn't had one for a long time! We used to walk down to the local bakers to buy some.
It's a custard type Cake/Desert, it is made with a batter type mixture with a layer of Prunes & optional Raisins in the base
It's Very Very Tasty!
