Saint Jordi Lighthouse 2 (Mallorca, Spain)

The lighthouse of Puntassa is named after the cape that closes the Bay of Migjorn. In the past the ships used to catch there to load the salt. Opposite is the islet of na Corberana.

The tower emits a white light and three bursts in intervals of ten seconds that help to locate the port of the Colònia to the boats that cross the Freu de Cabrera.

This small lighthouse returns to show its best image after several years of presenting an unfortunate state of conservation

Access by land is very simple, as it can be accessed without any problems from the streets of the urban center of the Colònia de Sant Jordi.
