The Manfrotto Magic Arm, 450D and Siggy 10-20, plus a Yongnuo RF603 remote shutter/flash trigger. Having the camera there makes getting on and off a rather undignified manoeuvre, not to mention a decidedly odd riding position.

 

Scuff on the knuckle of the arm is a souvenir from a kerb strike while on a previous mission to capture some low level shots.
