Whispering wood
This was one of those scenes you could drive by without really noticing it, but when you see it, you can’t unsee it. When my friends and I stopped to wander this grove of trees, I was once again the slowest and last one to walk into the trees. As I walk in I see both Scott and Eric shooting in the same direction toward what seems to be nothing.
“Huh. I wonder what they’re shooting?” I think to myself.
I look in the direction they’re shooting and continue to walk towards them. As I get closer, I notice this one tree catching light, and creating this wonderful contrast of diagonal lines against a sea of parallel lines.
“Ah. They’re 100% shooting that. Should I shoot that? It’s really pretty, but I also don’t want to comp stomp them. Nah, I’m going to shoot it too.”
So there you have it! My mediocre version of a shot I only noticed because of Scott and Eric.
