Fall in Grizzly Valley

When we started our hike up to Grizzly lake, we were a bit concerned that we may have been a bit late for strong fall colors. The leaves along the road were at max color, but the leaves on the mountain sides seemed to be dropping quickly. As we got closer to camp, it became pretty clear that there was still plenty of fall to go around. Add in a bit of moody weather with bright light peaking through rain clouds, and I’m in photography heaven. Fun fact - the lake at the bottom is the campsite! Definitely a rewarding hike.
