Time to get a bit more spring-like in these images: we need some green in here! What could be more green than Vancouver island? Answer: not much.
This was a wonderfully compelling view on the island. I can't take credit for the composition as I'd seen it before I took the image: I fully planned on finding something different when I planned my visit, but once I was on site the composition just stared me in the face and I couldn't ignore it. I just love the rocks and leading greenery. Gets me ready to enjoy some more spring here in Ontario!
Taken with a 5D IV and a 16-35 f/4L with a LEE landscape polarizer and a LEE little stopper. Processed from two images - one for the foreground and one for a long exposure in the background - focus stacking, with a mix of short and long exposure.
