Into Buckskin
You really can't visualize the scale here, but this is one big wall. After hiking some fairly narrow canyons, the walls pulled back and revealed this incredible sight. I've never seen a place like that before. I've been to some pretty awe inspiring places, but the first sight of this was genuinely overwhelming. One of the only times I've felt like a real explorer, largely because I had no idea that was in the canyon!
This canyon was just full of surprises. Every corner was different and unique - just begging to be explored. I didn't get to go into the canyon as deep as I would have liked, but I'm confident I'll rectify that lapse eventually!
Shot with a Canon 5D IV, and a Canon 16-35 f/4L IS. Processed in Camera Raw and Photoshop.
