While railfanning the old home town in August 2003, I stumbled on to these 2 FP9's at the North end of the CN/IC yard. The rumor back then was they were going to a railroad in Northern ILL. Not until 2018 did I actually dig out these shots and finally compare them with the Keokuk Junction units. And well if you are a railfan especially from Central ILL you will know all about these.
